Tomme Fermière is ripened for at least 3 months with the greatest care. As a result, it develops all the flavours that are typical of its terroir: punchy hazelnut, creamy and tasty.
Tomme cheese is traditionally eaten with the rind: partly because of its distinctive flavour and partly because of its multiple digestive merits.
